GROUPWARE TECHNOLOGY EVENT POLICY (CUSTOMERS)

Groupware Technology, Inc. is appreciative of customer participation in off-site recreational, charitable, community relations and social events (collectively, “Groupware Events”) which further the company’s business objectives and corporate values. This Event Policy sets forth the conduct expected of customers and their teams when attending or participating in Groupware Events. Customers should remember the following applies at all times during Groupware Events:

  • Customers are representing their own companies at Groupware Events and should always behave in a professional and respectful manner. Customers should refrain from making any statements or exhibiting any behavior that might reflect poorly on the customer, their company, Groupware and/or others in attendance.

  • Groupware Events are intended to foster a professional and enjoyable environment. Customers and their teams should not take any action that might jeopardize or interfere with such an environment.

  • Customers are responsible for the conduct of their teams.

  • Customers shall adhere to all Groupware policies regarding bringing guests to Groupware Events, including prior approval, if required. Customers shall not invite friends, family members or members of the public to join any Groupware Events in progress.

  • Illegal, unethical, embarrassing, hostile, lewd, explicit, rude or otherwise inappropriate or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Customers are expected to monitor their consumption of alcoholic beverages and that of their teams to avoid violation of these policies.

  • Customers and their teams shall not engage in behavior intended to embarrass, humiliate, ridicule or otherwise physically or emotionally injure guests, employees or anyone else in attendance.

  • Customers and their teams are expected to treat everyone at the Groupware Event with respect, including employees, guests, vendors, staff and workers.

  • Customers may not receive monetary compensation or other consideration in any form from a third person in exchange for providing admission to a Groupware Event.

  • Customers and their teams are not permitted to bring, or be under the influence of, any illegal controlled substances at Groupware Events.

  • Groupware Technology will not be responsible for any illegal or unlawful behavior of Customers or any of their team members at a Groupware Event, including any resulting criminal or civil liability.
Violation of any of the foregoing policies may result in (i) a Customer and/or its team being asked to leave the Groupware Event; and/or (ii) a Customer and/or its team being barred from attending Groupware Events in the future.

I hereby grant Groupware Technology permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Groupware Technology and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize Groupware Technology to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.

Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Groupware Technology from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
